Marketing Manager (Brand + Ecom Growth)

About the Role

We're seeking a creative, strategic Marketing Manager to elevate the Maison Mariella Sheree brand and drive our direct-to-consumer growth. You'll own our brand positioning, content strategy, and launch campaigns—helping us connect with fashion-forward, tech-curious, eco-aware customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies that reinforce our luxury, future-forward positioning
  • Plan and manage product launches, drops, and seasonal campaigns from concept to execution
  • Lead content direction across all channels—social media, email, website, and editorial
  • Collaborate with creative teams on visual storytelling, lookbooks, and campaign assets
  • Manage influencer seeding, partnerships, and UGC programs to amplify brand reach
  • Oversee ecommerce marketing initiatives including email flows, paid media, and SEO
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics, optimizing for growth and engagement
  • Stay ahead of trends in luxury fashion, digital marketing, and emerging platforms

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in luxury fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands
  • Proven experience planning and executing product drops or limited-edition launches
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Wix, or similar) and email marketing tools
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform strategy
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion for fashion, sustainability, and innovative design
