Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases and orders placed with Mariella Sheree Holdings, LLC ("Maison Mariella Sheree," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

Made-to-order and custom pieces are created specifically for you. Because of the time, materials, and labor committed to custom work, we do not offer refunds once the process has moved beyond the initial consultation and fitting.

No refunds after first consultation and fitting

No refunds are available for made-to-order custom pieces after the first consultation and fitting.

Deposit refunds (48-hour cancellation window)

Deposits are refundable only if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your deposit. After 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to request a cancellation within the 48-hour window, please email us as soon as possible with your order details.

2. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are governed by the terms agreed upon at the time of order confirmation and/or the wholesale invoice. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the following policy applies.

Wholesale refunds & cancellations

  • All wholesale orders are final sale once confirmed.
  • Cancellations may be considered only before production begins and must be requested in writing.
  • If a cancellation is approved after production has started, any amounts paid may be retained to cover materials, labor, and administrative costs.

Payment terms (Net 15 / Net 30)

Wholesale payment terms are set on the invoice and may be Net 15 or Net 30, depending on the buyer account and approval. Payment is due in full by the stated due date.

Damages, defects, and shipping issues

If your wholesale shipment arrives damaged or with a confirmed defect, notify us in writing within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review and, if approved, provide a repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion.
