About the Role
We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Lead to spearhead our wholesale expansion and strategic partnerships. You'll be the face of Maison Mariella Sheree to buyers, retailers, and partners worldwide—helping us bring our luxury, tech-forward fashion to new markets and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the wholesale pipeline from prospecting to closing purchase orders
- Cultivate relationships with luxury retailers, boutiques, and department store buyers
- Represent the brand at trade shows, showroom appointments, and industry events
- Negotiate terms, manage order fulfillment timelines, and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and account history
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop sales collateral and presentations
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities that align with brand values
- Report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and market feedback to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in luxury fashion or lifestyle brands
- Proven track record of building buyer relationships and closing wholesale accounts
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with trade show environments (COTERIE, MAGIC, etc.) is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Passion for fashion, sustainability, and innovative design
